NORMAN--Through an international, competitive bidding process, the University of Oklahoma was recently selected by the Meteorological and Hydrological Service (DHMZ-Državni hidrometeorološki zavod) of the Republic of Croatia to undertake a comprehensive modernization Feasibility Study for the DHMZ.
